Entity Formation Documents

Updated: Sep 23

Below are additional documents for entity formation for Partnerships, LLCs, and Corporations. Specifically, Partnership Agreement, LLC operating agreement, and Corporate Bylaws. Though not required in Colorado, they may be required in other states. These are helpful in the case of multiple owners, partners, and/or shareholders. These documents help prevent any future problems, issues, and/or arguments that may arise.

We are a licensed CPA firm providing services virtually. This means most initial consults and client meetings will take place over zoom or teams. Other arrangements can be made on an as needed basis.

Meetings in person at the physical business location (my personal residence) are by appointment only. We will meet at your place of business or out in the community, if local within 30-50 miles from Canon City, Colorado.
