Pricing/Packages

We offer a wide range of services for individuals and businesses. The below information are the basic packages that we offer, but there are many other services that we provide. Where applicable business accounting services must be accompanied by tax services.

Our general fee ranges from $75 per hour to $350 per hour depending on the service. We try to take the complexity of the work into consideration with any fees charged. We are also open to discussing other arrangements or pricing structure, as appropriate. We are also happy to provide a custom quote for individuals and business with unique situations.

Compliance Only

Just a year-end tax return. Personal, business (Partnership, S Corp, or C Corp), or Estate tax returns.

Billed annually at tax time.

Tax Return preparation/review
Newsletters for tax updates
Digitial storage of documents *

Minimum price of $350 per personal income tax return and $1,000 per business return. Price dependent on complexity, number of tax forms, and completeness of information.

Added cost for assistance with IRS notices, tax estimates, and tax planning.

Tax + Business Services

We provide necessary monthly services to keep you on track, plus complete your annual tax return.

Billed monthly for 12 months.

Includes compliance plus:

Bookkeeping/Accounting
Payroll processing

Minimum monthly price of $200. Price dependent on complexity, volume of transactions, and specific accounting needs required.

Added cost for monthly meetings to review information, IRS notices, and tax planning.

Advisory

We provide monthly meetings to review your financial progress and provide recommendations for improvement, plus complete all the business services and taxes.

Billed monthly for 12 months.

Includes business services plus:

Monthly one-hour review meetings
Creation and review of business KPI's
Collaboration and creation of annual budget
In-depth analysis

Minimum monthly price of $500. Price dependent on complexity, volume of transactions, and specific accounting needs required.
